Let us share our daily chart to stay Fit and Healthy

    I want to share my daily plan which I follow….i too donno much:bonk it is so simple n easy...it made miracles on me:banana







    • After brushing teeth i will drink 2 glasses water
    • I do some yoga like suryanamaskaras and pranayamam
    • Ater that again I drink 1 glass water + 1 glass Amla juice
    • After 1 hr will take my regular breakfast with some dryfruits and milk
    • After 2 hrs I will drink 1 glass water or any fruit juice
    • After 2 hrs regular lunch with curd or buttermilk compulsorily
    • After 2 hrs I will drink 2 glasses water
    • After 1 hr 1 glass lemon honey juice
    • By 7 pm I will have my regular dinner with curd or buttermilk
    • After 2 hrs I will drink 1 glass milk with date syrup(rich in iron)
    • Brush teeth before going to bed
    • Have a sleep of 7-8 hrs daily
    This is how I follow….hope this helps atleast some :thumbsup

    Hi Sandhya,

    Wow! looks like a great system u've got there!
    What i do for my diet is:

    1.I have a glass of [warm water + lime] first thing after brushing my teeth.
    2.After 30 min , I have a glass of water
    3.After abt an hour i have my routine breakfast of 2 slices of bread with a fruit jam or low fat thin cheese.Coffee is a must for me.
    I have a multi vitamin + a vitamin C + a calcium tablet after breakfast.
    4.At 1:00 i have 2 -3 servings of vegetable with roti or rice.I make a variety of cuisine.One thing i take care is lots of vegetables and less flour agents.I limit rice to once a day if eaten.Pasta - i use vegetable pasta.
    I always have apple juice 1 glass after lunch.
    5. A coffee at 5pm
    I make snacks almost everyday but its strictly for hubby and maybe just a piece for me.
    6. Dinner at 7:30 , similar as lunch but less.I limit every serving except for vegetables and yogurt.
    7.Glass of milk when i retire to bed.
    Fruits is a must everyday which i eat whenever there is a hunger craving.They are my fillers.
    I attend yoga classes twice a week for an hour.
    Days i dont do yoga i walk /jog for about an hour with hubby.
    So an hour of exercise is the minimum everyday.
    Twice a week for dinner we have just soups and no solids.
