Sometimes periods may be affected by changes in body weight or diet, increased stress, eating disorders, exercise, illness, or even long distance travelling every day.

    Better you consult gynecologist.

sometimes it happen may be you are weak in the sense anemic or any other health problem or stress or any factors.just eat iron rich foods and check the same happening for your next cycle.

You can intake methi seeds for regular good flow and for iron rich intake dates daily.it solves this problem:thumbsup
