    Dear Usha,

    Nice post and nice comparison with lemon rice and people.

    When we become old we automatically will get the practice
    of accepting the people with their plus and minus. But I don't
    whether it is because of maturity or because of no other go.

    I agree with you that as one ages, the experience of dealing with many people helps us to accept people with all the shortcomings.

    Amazing allegory you depicted with your lemon rice and acceptance of people around us.Halfway through the post I thought you were going to write about the different versions of lemon rice and how you churned out for each of of them but you took a twist questioning if the same can be applied to when we judge people and then I realized what a beautiful way to express a complex subject with simple example.

    It is true that somehow we fail to realize and appreciate the good things in someone when he/she has a glaring incompatible quality.As your kids realized in a temple the true taste of lemon rice similarly one tends to accept the other person the way they are when they realize that you are being accepted for what you are.
