Laproscopy needed for successful pergnancy in pcod

Friends,
I am having pcos and trying to conceive for past 4 years. Had done lap in 2012, got conceived with letrose and injections unfortunately got miscarriage. Now we changed ther dr , this dr also prefers to do laproscopy driling before treatment. Can you suggest me with ur thoughts? As I have already conceived after laproscopy am confused now. Can I have another laproscopy also? Is that necessary!

Dear op, I would suggest you take a second opinion from another infertility specialist with good name. You are right in being hesitant for going through another surgery.
