Hi guys !! Hope all are doing well in this pandemic.. We I mean my husband gave his father money for a flat to buy but the builder did not start n height is the land was under a bank authority and it already had banner on the land .. this was told by her friend to me n she also said she told mil too ... now the point is after asking for yearsand years to repay to the builder He always says will give u money once sold some land so his parents n bro are thinking why wait for money let get the land he owns . But he is saying he will sell it but asking for a lot of price n which is not the market price .. Now I am confused should we take money or get the land in what where money he owes us n pay a little more to it .. bcz all these years he says will give but did not pay .. builder is so called fil friend.. whatever it is but it’s my husband mistake for not asking any thing forget about detail.. he did not know where he was taking .
