    In the question paper of
    FINAL EXAM PAPER for LAW STUDENTS:

    oquestion :

    A Woman was driving a Maruti car. She mistakenly collided head on to a BMW car.

    The lady came out from her BMW, insulted the other lady with choicest words for not being careful and demanded her to repair her BMW.

    The Maruti car Woman called her husband who responded that
    "I am very busy & please try fix up the matter by yourself".

    The BMW lady called her Boyfriend and said "Sweetheart - someone just hit the Birthday Gift you gave me, I am so angry, please come over.."

    Few minutes later her Boyfriend arrived.
    He is the Husband to the lady with the Maruti car!
    Discuss the possible legal consequences for all 3 parties.. (20 Marks).

    I am not law student so not gonna look that much into it sorry.
    I think the lady who drove maruti (as she hit the BMW by mistake-thats wat I understood from question) should compensate the lady who drove BMW from the proceeds she received after divorcing the husband,the so called boyfriend of bmw lady.
