Ladies pls help me with follicular scan. I am really confused. someone advice pls.

Hi i have pcod and took contraceptive pills three months to regulate periods. Now dr had put me on clomid. This is third cycle of clomid and doing follicular scan. Here are the details:
7th day:
right ovary(df): 1.3 cm,1.0 cm,0.9 cm,0.9 cm

left ovary(df)- 1.4 cm, 1.2 cm

endometrium- 0.5 cm

9th day:

right ovary-1.3 cm,1.2 cm,0.9 cm,0.9 cm

left ovary-2.0 cm,1.4 cm 1.1 cm

endometrium- 0.8 cm
on 9th day dr gave hcg shot 5000 units.

12th day:

right ovary-1.5 cm,1.3 cm,0.9 cm,0.9 cm

left ovary- 2.6 cm,2.5 cm.

endometrium-0.9 cm

my egg didn't rupture even after HCG shot. Then she gave lupride injection and asked to have intercourse. Why my egg didn't rupture?

my follicle keep growing what doest that mean ? Is that a good follicle or cyst? How would i know if it is follicle not ovarian cyst? Pl advice
