Ladies please be careful of these shampoos

i just read that Himalaya products in UAE are all safe and has been tested by Dubai authority. they accept the fact that they did have chemicals in their products, and they have removed them.

Hi.

Not sure what Himalayas use in their products. I switched from Head and Shoulders to Himalayas Anti-Dundruff Shampoo (dry/damaged hair) less than 2 weeks ago. I've had mild dundruff for years.

After 2 uses of this shampoo, the dundruff exploded and has gotten really bad and itchy. Others in the family are having a similar increase in itchiness. I've gone back to my original shampoo but I've yet to see if the condition reverts.

I have a feeling that the word herbal is hyped up and used to take advantage of the trend toward all things herbal. Has this company really tested its effectiveness? Or simply churning out products for the sake of profits?

I need to go scratch my itchy scalp with both hands; be for-warned!

thanks for the info , but i searched in google and dnt found anything negative about Himalayas , i link for the banned products by dubai is Alpha Healthy Thoughts...: Dangerous Shampoo!!!

Thanks for the info. I read about it too in Gulf News last month and sadly, I had been using Himalaya Shampoo for over a year and really liked it but after reading the Gulf News article I just threw out the bottle. Better to be safe than sorry!

thanks for the info. Its really shocking to know that Himalaya product is banned... I used to prefer himalaya's products, thinking thats herbal...
