I am working for employer A on L1B and applied for COS (Change of Status) to H1B through employer B in May 2012. I went on vacation to India in Jul 2012 for a month and I returned back to US on L1B. When the COS was approved in Oct 2012, I was not issued I94 stating that I was out of country in Jul 2012. Can you please advice what is my current status and what are the options for me to work for employer B on H1B now ?
