Kids friendly apartments in areas close to Cupertino border

Hi All,
Do you know any apartments in areas like Sunnyvale/Santa Clara/San Jose which are close to Cupertino border which are "kids friendly"? We saw Verandas in Cupertino which has a great environment for kids. But since our kids are not of school going age yet, we are not sure if we need to pay such a high rent at Verandas.

We are looking for apartments that have a dedicated play area for kids. Do you know any such apartment in Sunnyvale/ San Jose / Santa Clara that is close to Cupertino? We do not want to be too far from Cupertino as our kids' daycares are in Cupertino.
