Frankie/Wrap/Kathi which we get as fastfood. To further simplify People became so busy (or so lazy) to have chappatthi and panner gravy separately, so chappatthi rolled with panner gravy filing.Normally below ingredients is serving for 3 numbers(2 or 6 it depends on your appetite and taste)Ingredients
Chappathis(I used to add equal proportion of maida+wheat mixed while preparing the dough. You can customize yours accordingly .Hope you know the procedure for making good chappathis)
1/2 Packet –Chopped Panner (its usual panner bar which you get it from the shop .Even if you more paneer you can use the whole packet.)
    1 Large Capsicum
    1 Large Onion
    2 Medium size Tomatoes
Finely chopped Ginger or 1 tsp Ginger Paste
    A pinch: Turmeric
    1 tsp: Chili powder

1 tsp: Chaat masala powder (add if you like or just ignore it, some people won’t like adding this) Sufficient Oil for frying Sufficient amount of Salt
    Method
    Chappathis for making Kathi roll

    1) Take a tava pour little oil and toss paneer lightly for few seconds. Frying the paneer avoids it to get dissolve in the gravy and it also reduces the paneer to get split further. Prepare this and keep this aside
    2) Take kadai, Pour required oil and Fry Onion till it turns into golden brown (Tip: Add required amount of salt while frying to make frying fast and to retain the water in onion)
    3) Add ginger paste/finely chopped ginger, capsicum and Tomato
    4) Add required amount of chili powder, chaat masala
    5) If everything is done, add the tossed panner, fry for few more minutes and the filling is ready now
    6) Spread one portion of the filling in the centre of each chappathi and roll up tightly. When you want to serve, cook the rolls on a hot tava (griddle)
Note: Trying this Recipe is on your own risk :thumbsup
