Today I made Karela with a difference. First I fried karela in little oil till it became crisp and set it aside. Then in oil fried onion, then later put simla mirch and potatoes and added water . After the above got cooked and water got evaporated added the karela , then added garam masala and dhania jeera powder. Ingredients Karela Onion Simla Mirch Potatoes Garam Masala Dhania Jeera Powder
