    I have the calendar from the Sri Ranganatha temple pomona NY and it says
    7.45 to 8.45 am based on NY timings..i.e. EST..and also I guess the same day DST is resetting..:)

    According to Indian Timings, it is from 08.15 to 09.15 p.m. This is the information given here in the temples and by Sastrigals.

    My local temple (livermore) kurukkal (vathiyar) told me to do anytime after 6PM because masam has already started according to Indian timing.
