just want to wean my 15 months old DD badly

    Now Since i have started giving cow's milk in bottle.
    Wanted to know if the quantity of cow's milk is same as the formula milk given in a day.Like if given 22 oz of formula milk it same applies to cow's milk.I think cow's milk is more filling so less quantity can work.As of now I am BF too but if i want to wean off how much quantity of cow's milk should be given to DD.

    Thanks mrisudha i am trying to keep the rhythm more consistent.

    I think for 1-2 year olds the milk consumption can be between 16-24 Oz . If more than 24 oz then milk is replacing actual food which has other vitamins and minerals. Even if milk consumption is less you don't have to worry. You can give cheese, yogurt and other milk products to make up for the less milk consumption..

    You can start off by giving the same quantity as formula milk but if she is eating less solids then reduce the milk quantity and see..
