    @pardesigirl: I am from bangalore dear and soulsong is in US.
    @sirikad: I suggest you to search in net dear, you will get diff varieties. Anybody started exercises? I think its the right time to start, but me very lazy to do so ;)

    Hey ladies..

    I am basically from South India now working in US.

    I guess none of us in this forum know the gender yet :)

    How are you all doing? I am not doing any exercise? Can we do it or should we check with doctor before starting it?

    I might join some local prenatal yoga classes, I hear it helps a lot to keep the body energetic, calm and flexible.

    I will be completing 14 th week tomorrow. Usually first term moms experience baby movements by 16 to 20 weeks. Since this is my second pregnancy i am expecting to feel the movements early... I do feel a sensation around my belly button once in a while...once i start feeling it more consistently i will be sure of it. You wont feel the baby kicking initially...it will be very subtle...some describe it ..ticklish /butterfly like/ floating bubble/ gas....initially you feel once in few days,then it start getting more regular and it gets more intensified as weeks pass by.

    Yes by 20 th week you can know the gender of the baby. Nowadays there are more advanced blood tests available as early as 10 th week where you can precisely know the baby's gender.

    my daughter is super duper excited. She has everything planned for the baby when he/she arrives. Though she wants a baby sister:)...even i feel that will be cool:2thumbsup:
