Congrats and Welcome to the club Mirraa03. Did you find out if you are having a boy or girl?
Before sleeping with milk try eating dry nuts (handful/ mix and match everyday) (Wall-nuts, pecans, Almonds, pistachio, cashew, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds). These are very good for baby and also will keep you full.
Also, keep a cracker pack near your bed, when you feel hungry just eat few.
Thank you very much Poonam, Hijibiji, Veena, Chitmin and Nithya Feeling great and happy to get introduced to friends who are experiencing the same pregnancy journey.
Here in India, we will not be allowed to know the baby's gender before birth. It will be a surprise (gift) for us. But i am expecting a girl (as always )Everyone excepting me are hoping for a boy. Lets see what God has decided..
Would like to share few updates about me: Had a TT injection last month. As of now i am taking iron, calcium and Multi vitamins. Doctor advised me to take blood + cultural test by next month to check Hb. Sugar and thyroid levels. And my belly button is starting to shrink..hubby says it will soon pop out..Has anyone experienced this..Not sure whats the reason behind this..
I am already showing and i feel like flying high when people ask me how many months..because last time my belly didnt show since baby's growth was restricted inside uterus..
Regarding milk intake, it will be very good if we take it daily but for those who don't like smell/taste, try drinking badam/pista milk. We can actually prepare it at home with all the required nuts. I am taking that and its so tasty.
Hope nausea would ve stopped for you all..Please share your updates and if possible daily food routines..Take care
Hey nice list... my EDD is 18th Jun, My next visit to Hospital is 4th April. I am having a baby boy. I am feeling good movements through out the day. Still I am working, Planned to take my leave in mid of May. I am also feeling some breathing issues after having food, I can't sit. Even I can't sit and eat. Many times I am feeling back pain, I like to sleep on my back, but many of the people said don't lay on back. SO I confused. any suggestion please.
Hey Meera.. My belly button has also stretched and looks funny now.. hehe.. It'll pop out that I didnt know.. But then it will look more funny.. :rotfl
wow.. one more addition.. welcome.. I also feel breathing issues sometimes.. I'll ask my doctor about it.. :coffee
I too love to sleep on my back.. even if I think of sleeping on my sides then also I end up sleeping on my back only.. :spin

My doc suggested to take milk everyday & Twice if possible after completing 3 months... even i dont like to have plain milk so i have bournvita milk everyday.. and once in the morning & once in the night... so thats my problem solved...
try not to skip the milk.. try mixing it with any flavor you like bt try to have it regularly...
Its ok.. Any which ways you are eating for two.. so its absolutely fine if you are eating a lot...
