    Hi,
Just creating this thread to motivate myself.
Yes, it's to lose weight but as well maintain positive outlook and attitude in life and make healthy choices in life.

A little about me - 30yr old, married 3+ years.
Main aim - lose weight and to conceive (no kids yet)
Health issues - hypothyroid in regular medication

    Starting weight - 98kgs as on 08.07.2019
Intermittent Goal - 70kgs (smaller goals to not lose patience and hope)

    Diet - maintain between 1300- 1500 calories
    Pure vegetarian diet.
Strictly against fad diets so called ketos n all.
Only healthy homecooked meals and occasionally eat outside food and snacks.

There is no unhealthy or bad food.
I follow rujuta diwekar and my personal nutritionist who recommends to eat home cooked food but also enjoy your cravings in moderation.

Workout - going to gym. 3days strength training and 3days cardio + floor exercises. Total 6days workout.

Others who are interested can join me.

    Dear PRs
Don’t kill the messenger, but have to say that you might have carb intolerance
The amount of workout you are doing shad have helped you already.
Please go for low carb or lesser-than-now-carb diet

You are eating too much added sugar- museli- right in morning, setting yourself for insulin spikes.

Please read up how to keep your sugar level and hence insulin level, within a narrow zone. That is the key to loosing weight.
