    Hi all,

    I really failed all weight loss attempts. But I still have hope. This ladies way was really manageable. Few times in past when I tries her tips they were really manageable ofcourse I used to switch to something extreme and used to fail.

    If there are any one who wants to join me please do so. With your current weight, which tip of her you want to add in.

    Starting today with her one tip of trying to eat soup, salad, fruits for dinner.

    Hi All,

    I am proud to say I could switch my dinners to fruits, soup and salad.

    I bought canned fruit for not skipping my plan.

    15th Nov - Dinner with fruit
    16th Nov - Dinner with canned peaches, grapes and chicken soup.

    i am one of the lucky ones who has talked to her met her and benefited from the discussions.

    just a suggestion. you could continue to bump the weight loss thread itself, where many of us still continue to join and she kind of suggests when she finds the time. she has a toddler and also has other work, that she does not find the time to be regular here.

    and also have dinner with fruits, soups and salad. but canned fruits..don't they use preservative. you are losing up there.. i would suggest pick up fresh fruits and have them as whole rather than canned ones...many vitamins that are soluble will leach out into the syrup.

    Thank you for dropping in and writing me. Yes you are right about the canned fruit thing. Just for this week I may eat that canned food as my DH brought that for first time. I also told the same to him. And also I thought it will help me get into this discipline of eating fruits as its handy as I get used to and we finish those cans I will get fresh fruits.

    Very nice to see some one joining me. I am right now 189 pounds that will be 85 kgs.

    Nov 19th::

    Breakfast: Skipped (got up late and was having no time)
    Lunch : Was a bit heavy I went to Indian resturant and had some good amount of rice

    Dinner:
    I some how managed to eat lentil soup and lettuce salad with 1 tea spoon peanut dressing yesterday night.

    Water : 2 lts water.
