Jogging for 1 hour...

    Any fitness freak has tried jogging for 1 hour? Basically I want to downsize my lower body...Any suggestions...

    Are you new to jogging or already used with it..
    If your new you cant right away start it..
    you have to walk fast for 5 min then jog for 2 min and then walk again for 5 min and then jod..this continues for 30 mins..
    Then depending on oyur fitness level oyu can increase the interval of walking and jogging..
    you have to slowly build stamina

    HI lilly,

    i would suggest that if you are beginner and want to reduce your lower body then do 20 mins warm on the cardio machine walk and jog a little then ask a trainer to make a program for you so you can follow it reduce your lower body, to reduce your lower body you need to work out your entire body.
    So do that i it will reallyhelp you and also your diet does matter a lot.
