There is not much opening for software people here. It was like that before the recession.
Now situation becomes little more bad.
Even if you get into some sort of development or testing, the quality of work we get is not that good when compared to India. So it's always better to be there if you have a chance.

You would be able to get a job here. It might take more time, but don't expect much job satisfaction.
