Job in India - Need your help and inputs please

    Dear Friends,
    I am planning to return to India early next year and looking for a Job in IT.
    I have been working here in USA and would like to understand from experienced members in India to suggest and guide me in finding a Job.

    Any USA based MNCs recruiting in India? I an take up the job here in USA and ready to transition to India location. Especially Hyderbad or Banglore?

    Please share your references.

    Though I dont know the answer for your post.I have a doubt in this.
    Do the Indian IT company arrange for telephonic interviews for candidate in USA?Is there any procedure like this?Pls let me know.
