    Hi all,
Last week was very hectic for me in office and was returning home late almost every day was having dinner outside for 2 to 3 days. So on one night I wanted to make something delicious but yet faster.
I had soaked green peas and grated coconut stored in fridge.
So idid a jiffy kuruma. It was really fast.

    Here goes the receipe.
    chopped onion -1
    chopped tomato - 1
chopped vegetables - I used cauliflower and potato
    Soaked green peas
    turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - as per taste
    Dhaniya powder - 2 tbsp
    salt as per taste
    to grind to fine paste
    Coconut
    ginger - 1 inc
    garlic - 4-5 pods
    cinnamon - 1
    cloves -3
    khas khas - 1 tsp
Added all this to pressure pan and add water as per the desired consistency and cook for 1 whistle.
Cool, open and garnish with corriander leaves.
With the time span of cooking this kuruma I made Idly and had hot idly with veg kuruma and it tasted so well.
This Kuruma goes well with Idly, Dosa and Chappathi.
