    Just a piece of information..

    My collegue recenty had a bad experience...he had booked on a Jet airways flight through some travel website..and got the ticket/receipt..but when he called Jet airways to confirm the reservation(luckily) they said there was no reservation under his name...so make sure your reservation is confirmed..

    True..There has been several cases where in tickets booked from third party websites doesn't actually exist. So it is always safe to confirm the ticket with the airline well in advance. Else you might end up in trouble at the last moment!

    Did you have to pay $50 for the 2nd Checked baggage? My first leg to JFK would be on United and looks like I have to pay for the 2nd checked baggage though it is free per Jet's policy.
