    Dear all

    Happy new year to everyone. Here in germany after seeing my first c sec scar status dr suggested we can try for normal delivery. I m getting little fear about the pain.

    Is there any specific food or excercise to smooth the Labour? Please pour the way which u r following. It will be very helpful.

    Baby also 4 kgs weight.
    I struggled tooo much for delivery.

    Blessed with baby girl , normal delivey.
    Pain started at 6 in the morning and by 1 she came out . Pain was very intense but so worth it.

    Anyone dealing with breastfeeding issues ? I have good milk production but baby is not latching properly. She take the feed for sometime then start crying... I don’t know what to do.
