    Hi tsweety,

Congrats on your pregnancy and don't worry about brown spotting it is very very common in early pregnancy.may be old blood or implantation bleeding..1 in 4 women have this during early pregnancy..Take good rest and drink plenty of water..most of my friends had this in their pregnancy so don't panic take good rest and listen your fab songs..best thing is talk to your baby by keeping your hand in your tummy and tell your baby he or she is very safe inside and you will take good care...
    All the best dear...!

Hi tsweety, I had pink spotting arnd week 5, probably implantation bleeding. If d bleeding is heavy, red in colour or if you get cramps then immediately call the Doctor, otherwise it shouldn't be an issue it seems. Thats what d Docs here told.

    Thanks Jazz...
I got my blood test reports today on Thursday test hcg was 991 and on Saturday test it was 2000. My doctor said it is normal level... And my first scan is on June 8th... Still 3 weeks to go... I am eagerly waiting to see my baby :)
I asked my doctor will she do scan early but she said no :( Has anybody had scan before 8 weeks ?usually they will do only in around that time?

Hi tsweety, here first scan is at week 12 only unless until thr is issues. I had an earlier one at 6 weeks due to my prev history but cud see jus a pregnancy sac as I way way too early. I guess if its arnd week 7 or 8 thr is a better possibility of seeing a HB so really worth the wait rather than jus see a sac and waste both time and money. DH is against seeing too many scans, some ppl say thats d reason behind ppl of current generations r wearing glasses at a very early stage of life.

Any suggestions on how to keep the body cool? My face gets pink due to the excessive heat, I can feel my tummy becoming hot too. Has anybody else faced this? MIL wants me to drink 5 litres of water. I drink more than 3 but 5!?!?! I hv been getting small pimple like things on my tummy and face too due to the heat. :( Will jaggery cause heat?We keep panakkam everyday as an offering to God and I drink it post the pooja. I tried searching in prev threads but couldn't get a good idea on it. Also, is it wrong to stretch yourself, or even stretch ur legs? I feel liek stretching when I am on bed and find that if i stretch it causes a pull to my uterus region. :( Pls help.
