    @pihu123 I didn't do any exercises dear.. just followed the diet alone...
    Everyone will hear positive results one-day but this is not ur day... Don't get stressed this one really affects u to get pregnant... Stay calm if not this cycle may be next cycle stay positive I know it's easy to say but no other way don't get stressed... R u working? Where r u staying now?
