I am restarting my journey to loose weight and stay healthy. I gained humongous weight, now its time to change myself. Starting July 1st to do some exercises at least 4 times a week and eat healthy. Eat before 8pm is also goal for me. Planning to do intermittent fasting as well. current weight: 196.8 Goal weight: 150 First goal: 189 by July 31st. creating this forum to track my work.
