I think it might be due to dry skin. If that is the case, apply coconut oil daily after bath and also during the night. You can also apply petroleum jelly to that area. These things apply if it is dry skin.
Keep your body cool by drinking lots of water and you know add fruits and vegetables to your diet.
Wear cotton, atleast the 'insiders'. Take warm or even cold water bath,if you are used to it. Don't take hot water bath. It will aggravate dry skin.

I don't know if it is true, but i've heard that when your chest itches, it means that it's growing. have you experienced any changes in the size of your bust?

It could also mean you are using a product your body is allergic to. Since your nipples are the most sensitive area, they tend to react more. Try switching brands of soap and see what happens.

Maybe it has something to do with your bras?

Are you washing ur bras weekly in cold water in MILD detergent specially for lingerie or using other detergents for clothes which is harsher on your bra and since your bra is close to your body, your breasts too.

It's worth a try? Also try to see if you are wearing the correct bra size if you can too--see the thread "How to measure correct bra size" for more info.

And try to be with out bras in nights while sleeping to see if the problem is with your bras or something else.

    Good luck!

I too had itching in bra wearing region sometimes..i apply take a fresh bath and apply turmeric with olive oil on that portion and leave it for some time that is around 5-10 minutes and wash it with cold water.use some mild talc over that area daily after bath and dont wear bra in summer times in home. This type of itching will occur mostly in sunny days wwhen u go out wearinng tight clothes or when that area is not clean.
