Is taking Ragi Kanji daily for dinner healthy?

    Hi Ilites,

    For the past three days, i'm taking only ragi kanji (Porridge) daily for my dinner. My intention for this diet is to reduce weight, and also for calcium boost, as i'm recovering from a recent foot fracture.

    Is taking Ragi kanji has any drawbacks or I can continue. Please suggest.

    Hello Janani,
    Taking raagi is good for health...U can try other millets also like pearl,little,foxtail millets...
