But you can always pick a side of the debate and tell us what your personal opinions are.

No, it is nor right. Sex before marriage and outside marriage is the same thing. One is acting on lust then. Lust takes oneself away from God.

If one is not even pure and clean till marriage and has lost virginity (this applies to both - men and women equally) then what is the guarantee that the person will not go astray/be tempted again after marriage? There are repurcussions also like STD, unwed pregnancies, not being able to marry the lover etc.

One should wait till after marriage.

Ofcourse everyone needs to take a shower even before marriage. Or do I misunderstand 'clean'? shakehead

 

So what about people who are already away from God or don't believe in him? Where does lust take them?

So what is the guarantee that the person who has been 'pure and clean' before marriage will not go astray after marriage?

There are a few more things missing on the list. Black plague, Spanish flu, SARS, failed monsoons, Bombay terrorist attacks, global warming, Rwandan genocide......... as long as we are stating things for dramatic effect to vilify premarital sex, a few more to the list.wouldn't hurt and in fact will make it sound like pre-marital sex is Euryale, Stheno, Medusa, Scylla and Charybdes all rolled into one. Mission Accomplished.
