Spot reduction is not quite possible, but you can reduce your belly by losing weight all over. If you are lucky it might be the first thing to go. Generally with weight what you gain last seems to go first. So if your belly is a recent acquisition due to the pregnancy, you might lose it as you lose the baby weight.

I wish this were true in my case! Post C belly was the absolute last to go in my case :(. At 5'3" I had to go down to 113lbs to achieve this feat. Pre baby I was 110 but even at 125 I didn't have a belly. First child, normal baby at around 120 I didn't have tummy fat.

I had 2 c-sections. I am about 5'6. I managed to reduce my belly fat by walking, calorie control and jumping . If you can reduce fat from all over body it is possible to have a
    belly with little fat.

I guess I got lucky. The first 5lbs I lost went straight from my post C belly. 113lbs at 5'3"? You must be seriously lean!

I had a c- section for my twins.

Reducing is definitely possible through exercise and healthy eating.
However, for toned abs, just doing crunches makes it good is a MYTH.u need to
first reduce the fat and then crunches can help tone.

I used to workout a lot before and it was easier before pregnancy.I thought I knew
a lot about fitness by reading, classes and gym. However,it is not so:)

I wanted a fit body not thin body.

I took help of a personal instructor. It was a lot of money.I took 30 classes.
She helped me with my diet which was quite strict,my exercise routine was changed according to my body, fitness level and needs. To add to that,I am also very interested in fitness and I gave my best.Hence,it worked.

If u ask me,take some classes and learn it and do it the right way.Be motivated
and give your best.Nothing works without the proper guidance from the right person.

All the best.u can do it!

Lucky You! Always lean G! Always a 110lbs. This time though it took serious effort and I'm glad I don't have to do this again! My trainer literally killed me and is still butchering me for being "not strong enough" to run! Like I need a six pack to run a half :)
