What will happen to our justice system? Even an open and shut case like the Buddha Jayanti Gangrape case dragged on for 3 years. This was a sensational case in which Former President Abdul Kalam's bodyguards were caught for raping a girl in Delhi.

But even without any hurdles, the case took 3 years to get over... A normal civil case in India can take decades to resolve.

Do you feel that justice delayed is justice denied? If yes, then what should be done to solve this problem in our country?

of course... Justice should be delivered as soon as possible. If the victims or their have to fight for justice then it loses all its meaning.
