I heard it is possible to make samosa and kachori in microwave and mendu vada in sandwich toaster or sandwich maker. Can I make it, does it turn out to be good. pls tell me I am on diet and don't want to eat fried food so that is why I am asking?

    hi,

Baked samosa is available in many food outlets. Kachori, samosa can be baked. I am planning to do this for last 2yrs but never did. I saw in Shivachoubey's post she has done baked samosa, kachori and vada. Look for shiva's blog in weight loss section.
