Is it fine to use oil inside my eyes?

Hi,
I heard my grandma says that applying pure castor oil inside of the eyes, it will remove the hotness of the eyes. But I would like to know about this theary scientifically before proceeding it. Do you know that this will help us to reduce the hear - scientifically? or do we get any side effect? please let me know

Hi Uma,
I tried to apply castor oil over the eyes to reduce
the body heat only at bed time. It worked well.

Vidhyalakshmi - For how long do you let the oil stay and do you apply over the eyelids?

Castor oil treatment is very good one. I also tried this. It is reduce your body heat and also clen your eyes. But you can apply the oil and take 10 minutes rest it will very effect.

Hi Uma,

I apply a finger ful oil at night and leave as
it is at sleep. I wash my eyes only in the
morning.

hi,
yes...itis fine to use castor oil in the eyes..but,nowadays,we`are not getting totally pure castor oil as older days..that is why everybody is hesitating to use it due to impurity...in older days,castor oil is prepared very pure and given to people...so,check the quality twice,thrice and use it
