Hi All, I recently joined Indus Ladies!! Glad to be a part of it now!! Apparently I'm working in an IT company i.e., Accenture as an java analyst in Bangalore. I recently got married and my husband is in Kolkata. He's working as a structural design engineer and that happens to be a core mechanical field. But I am looking forward to move to Kolkata but at the same have a stable professional life. Apparently I am being offered by Wells Fargo with a decent hike. But it's the same analyst role. I'm some-how inclined to Java development. Also that company is located in Bangalore and Hyderabad. My husband is trying to shift here to Bangalore but his work profile does not have scope in Bangalore. Very few good companies like Airbus in Bangalore. I'm confused if I should take-up the new offer or continue in the same company till I get an offer from company which operates in Kolkata.I want to have a balance on professional and personal life..! Please help me! Thanks!!
