Hi Lalitha, I personally have no experience with them but one of my close friend always checks out ebay first for his purchase..only if its not available there do he does it from a shop. Recently he bought an iTouch and has no complains till date.

But not too costly ones though..Its good and reliable depends upon the seller..You have to check the characteristics of the item in some other website and then you can buy they give many good offers too... You can check about the seller's reputation before the buy...
Yes it is reliable. It also depends upon which product you are buying. I purchased a few books for myself and had no problems in delivery.
