Is Asafoetida bad for fertility?

    Hi Ladies,

    I came across a few websites where it was mentioned that the spice 'Asafoetida' will disturb fertility and hence pregnant women should avoid it. Is it true? I did my first IUI last week. But this full week I was using Asafoetida in all the dishes. Will this disturb my treatment and pregnancy dream? Please answer.

    A small amount nothk ll do... . Me had it all the day on my TTC,IUI and pregnent days and now too.. My DD is 80 Days old:)
