Hi, li have a 3 yr old daughter who hates to sit in one place.just wanted to know is carseat mandatory for her in Dubai?i guess she would hate to sit in it n it might go waste.so shud I buy it?plz suggest. ss
Hi SS81, I would suggest you to get it and start using it. We were in the same dilemma whether we should get it or not. DH attended a program on road safety where they explained how essential is a car seat for a child. In the same program, they emphasized that many of us may say that my child will not sit. "Do not take your child out in the car if he/she doesn't want to sit in the car seat. Take her back home" - That was their suggestion if the child doesn't want to sit in a car seat. Then we bought a car seat when she was 3 years old and made her to sit in that. Sometimes, she does get out of it. But, we make sure that she sits in it. Children are so precious. Let's provide a safe environment for them taking precautionary steps in all aspects.
