    Hi
    Why cann't you try homeopathy.
Better get it corrected before marriage.

My friend got the same problem and she got married, now no kids and she is still running to doctors for the past 10 years.

So get it corrected before marriage.

    Love

    Hi Anu,
Welcome to Indus Ladies & to this forum.
You can find our forum guidelines here...

Sudden Weight increase, stress/tension/depression can lead to irregular periods. Even the low heamoglobin count will cause disturbance in your periods. Don't get tensed up with these. Work harder on the first symptom(irregularity & increase in weight). Whether any blood test taken for thyroid & other hormones? May be that will give a clue on sudden weight increase.

First eat healthier diet. Since your are asked to reduce your weight, concentrate on doing exercises in regular fashion. Reduce carbohydrate intake. Include more veggies, fruits & greens. Take care of yourself. Rest everything will fall in place.
    Take care...

    Hi Premalatha,
    Welcome here... :)

Relax. What are you talking? Calm down & think what you are doing....

Are you over weight? Or have you put on weight in these period? Overweight & hormone imbalance can be a reason for irregular periods. Its nothing wrong in meeting a doc or tell it to your dear ones and get their help. Doctors will now the exact problem & help you to cure from it!

    Stay positive!

    Hi Chandravathi,
Irregular periods & PCOS are connected. Because of PCOS, hormone imbalance arise & eventually irregular periods results. So, first you have to fight with the causes of PCOS. Its its high weight, working towards reducing the extra will do the good. Regular exercise, low carb diet & proper medical support will cure the PCOS & other things.
If you have low flow during periods, check whether you are aneamic. If so, wok towards it...
Thyroid low & high levels need to be treated separately.
For all these, first you need proper investigation. Meet a doctor & then proceed with the treatments.
    Take care.
