Inviting friends who want to reduce more of their lower body

    Hi friends,

    Though we all know that reducing overall weight naturally reduces specific overwight areas as well, i thought of giving more focus on that particular area so that it will get tighter soon. So come on lets start to attack our hip, thigh, glute muscle.

    The peer shpaed body also causes more medical problems.So let us target on one troublesome part of the body and get the result.

    Hope many will join this group and support each other.

    To start with, here we go with the first set of exercise.

    We will start small (just for 5 mins)for better result ok.
    1.March fast at one place 1 min
    2.squat. Do for 1 min(15 secs break)
    3.Jumping jacks Do for 1 min (15 secs break)
    4.Lunges Do for 1 min Right leg 1 min left leg (15 min break)


    Thats it today. Please add more water and eat 1 handful of almond for protein supplement.

    I'll also join - 5 mins a day I shuld at least spare. I was not consistent earlier, friends pls help me stay motivated to continue.

    To be consistent is the main problem for me in working out...anticipating atleast to post my daily routine in this thread, I would spare some 15 minutes.
