We have come across a gated community near ITC Factory called Tulip Garden, where they are quoting the price of R.1600/sqft. for a 2400 sqft plot. If any one have invested in teh same locality or aware of this community(tulip Garden, Builders(Dhammanagi Developers)) Please share your views about the price and credibility of the builders.
