Get a 100-250sft for 4-6L in Ambattur/ porur/ tambaram... then v let out it, get monthly income.. bcz v have small amount of surplus cash now.. dont want to invest in FD/RD/MF..so is it worthy for money?? Todays invest. helps for tomorrow??
