HELP - Online Stock Trading in USA Hi all, I've been searching for some ideas on how to do stock trading in US Stock Markets(SM) but could find info only about Indian Stock Markets. Can someone pls suggest on how to start doing online stock marketing in US.. i mean from the basics.. what are the rules.. Please pour in your ideas.. If someone is already doing it, then it would be great help if they can guide us through this..

Re: Learn trading with Devi-2 Devi, Tks for the informative post! Can you suggest some short term course on the basics of the stock market and the terminology used? Also, I have heard that some of these places suggest some of the strategies you should adopt in the stock market. Also, while entering the market may be easier, I do not know how does one decide when to exit the market at the correct time. Suppose for eg, you think your stock will go up to Rs 120/share from Rs 80 but after climbing to Rs 100, it suddenly drops. Are you supposed to stay invested till it climbs again or should you cut your losses and leave right then. What kind of strategies should you adopt to help you in your decision? Hope to hear from you on this.

Trading for NRI's Hi Friends, I have a few question related to Share trading, i am a newbie ....please help me with my doubts. 1 . I had a Demat Account with a Online trading bank , while i was in India. i have traded with them before moving abroad. Now i am interested in trading in indian Market. Can i still use the same account which is still active(but have not traded for last 2 years) 2. If yes.... Do i have to inform the bank of my current stay? if No .... Should i open a new Demat account ..... what are the conditions for an NRI to do trading in a Indian stock market.... Also advice me what documents should i have to open one. 3. if i start trading ..... are there any diffn rules(tax) for NRI's Hope i have not confused .... thanks in Advance.
