Introducing a much simplified feedback & support system

Dear All,

We have a large number of members who are highly creative and brimming with excellent ideas. We wanted a easy way for them to contribute their ideas. Similarly, we also wanted to provide a simpler way for members to get support in using the site.

With these two ideas in mind, we are launching today a dramatically simpler way to offer your ideas and get help. You will see the “Feedback & Support” flap on the right.



Clicking on the flap will open the nice window below. Use it to search for help in using the site, submit a support request and most importantly offer new ideas or vote for ideas that have already been proposed.



It is likely that these suggestions will impart a whole new perspective to our own thought process. Suggestions can relate to the following vital areas:

• Increasing the traffic in the site
• Introducing attractive member sign-up schemes
• Giving strong reasons for members to visit the site daily
• Revitalizing dormant forums
• Luring existing members to visit forums other than those they are addicted to.
• Introducing new forums that are likely to be of great interest to women
• Rewarding quality of contributions, in addition to quantity
• Additional extensions to the site, beyond the forums
• Easier and simpler navigation of the site

The list can be endless.

Now, the most important part! We owe a big thank you to Cheeniya sir for this new feature. He was the one who originally brought to us the idea of a “suggestion box”. More importantly he insisted on that being simple and visible to have a significant impact. Thank you Sir!

We hope to implement several new ideas coming from our members and enrich the community and our users.
