Though it is safe to have intercourse in pregnancy, we decided not to as we thought baby's comfort and safety is more important than any other thing.
My husband is desperate to have a baby since a long time and I know he will do anything for that.
My questions is, though we love and support each other, though we show our love through gestures, will this decision create any distance between us in long run?
Even after delivery, I wont be ready for intimacy for few months and with the baby, it will be totally different from before.
Will all these impact our relation?

    Dear ILUser07,
    Congratulations on your pregnancy.
First of all having intercourse during pregnancy is no big harm unless you are medically advised not to and as you said it really matters with the intimacy between you both. I am mother of 3 yr old DD and now again carrying a seven month baby. As you have mentioned it takes quite a long time to get into intercourse post delivery. So do use this period to enjoy at the most. At least cuddle and pamper each other and enjoy pregnancy.

    Regards,
    Madhu
