    HI

My dh have got h1b visa, but we are still deciding on taking up job.

As i am going through complicated pregnancy.. And since both r working
and making good money here i feel it wont make sense financially as
only he can work on h1..

Recently my friend delivered in usa and it costed her 15k$ because of
some complications, she said she is yet to receive bill and see how much
insurance is covering and how much they need to pay out of pocket, she
said her husband was paying 450$ for her insurance premium.

I then confirmed with one more friend, she confirmed her husband is paying
500$ for her and 500$ for her baby for insurance premium..

All these days i thought below are approx expense

    Rent - 1300 - 2000$ (Depending on place)
    Car emi - 300$
Food,Misslenous - 700$ (Including eating outs and small trips, Shopping)

Now i see insurance premiums are ~500$ per dependant.. Is it true ??
(Both my friends husbands have permanent jobs, and covers insurance
only for employees and not for dependants, does your spouse office cover insurance for dependants also ?)

What are other expense apart from above mentioned ???

Yes.Insurance premium for dependance will be around 500$ based on your policy.
You have to pay the premium mostly no company will not pay your premium.
