Hi Gita I am replying to an old thread, just came across it while searching info on Kampala. My husband got relocated to Kampala and soon we wold be moving there from Southeast Asia. Thank you for providing all the essential information about the city. My son is studying in an international school, and I have found out a couple of intl schools there- ISU, KISU and Rainbow, which one is good in your opinion. Your reply would be highly appreciated. Also how safe is the place as this is going to be our first posting in Africa. Please could you suggest some good residential areas for expats. We are interested in living in an appartment / flat in a secured neighborhood. Coould you please also give a rough idea on cost of the basic utilities such as electricity, phone, Internet , salaries of the helping staff. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks and warm regards Shubhra
