Magic Sweet I usually prepare this sweet as a side dish for chappati.:drool(As usual Amma’s recipe):-D Take 1 ½ table spoon of wheat flour and 1 tab sp ghee. Just pour ghee in a pan and fry wheat flour well. With in a min or two it will fry well. Add water into it. Mix well. In one min. it will cook. Add 2 tab of sugar and mix well. Remove from the fire. I used to eat as it is or, with chappati. When you want to eat this sweet with chappati, don’t put salt for chappati. If you want you can fry cashew nuts or kis mis in ghee before you fry wheat flour. Or add ‘cardamom powder’. Your Yummy Magic Sweet is ready. :hiya You can prepare this with in 5 min.
samosa Tips: I used to prepare ‘samosa’ with left over curry. Just get samosa patties, put one spoon of curry in that. Fold and stick with water at the end. Fry and eat with tomato ketchup.

Zater Chapati We get a powder in Saudi. Its called "Zater". Its greenish brown in color, with lot of sesame seeds in it. Tried to mix with chapati dough. Came out really tasty. Add 2 spoons of Zater while you make chapati. Nothing much. See the dough and chapati below. Goes well with a Coke
