    Hi,

Infrastructure Bonds is a good option as you get more exemption above 1 lakh but the decision needs to be taken keeping in mind your salary level, lock in period.

    Hi,

What is the purpose of your investment? i.e. tax saving, holiday plan...

What do you want to do with the money after you get it at maturity.

    Regards.

    Hi,

Are you currently investing enough to get maximum benefit of your 1 lk limit under section 80C?

You should invest in RD if you are saving for the down payment for your housing loan..

    Regards,

    Shaishav

I have already declared in my office that i will buy infrastructure bond as it has short term maturity period of 1 - 3 yrs. Im planning to buy a house in the next 3 years so i wouldnt want any policy to clash with the home loan and stress myself more.
