Infos on Schools and business in Quebec City and Montreal

Hello, We are from an island of Guadeloupe, French West Indies. We are looking for an opportunity to move to Quebec City or Montreal. I'm wondering if anyone has any infos on a good french school in Montreal or Quebec City. My daughter is 7, will be going from CP to CE1. I'm looking for a business opportunity to open a store in a mall but don't have a clear idea where and which mall or Centre Commercial is the best and have the highest population flow. Can anyone also suggest us which place has the Indian Residential Area as we are Indian of Origin. Thank you.
